Great service, delivery was earlier than expected! Product quality seems very good and instructions and self installation were very good! Side gaps are a little generous but probably conservative given it is a far bigger problem being oversized - no need to allow any thing when measuring- measure tight and you will have no problem! Will buy again for another couple of projects!

We purchased a Motorised Ziplock blind with a Headbox flashing. We have an outdoor area exposed to the ocean needing a weather barrier so looked at outdoor blinds. After doing quite a bit of research we settled on Ozrite based on cost savings of a DIY install, leadtime, google reviews, installation literature, and advice. The website ordering process was very simple to use. Our blind was manufactured and delivered within a couple of weeks. It was very well packaged with the quality of the blind and components exceptionally high compared to others I’ve seen. Initially there was some confusion on my part where to start but after a quick phone call to Annie @ Ozrite I was up and running. All expectations have been exceeded and we’ve ended up with the perfection solution. Big thanks to Annie and everyone at Ozrite, we’ll definitely recommend them to friends and family, and use them again in the future.

What a great shopping experience. This company, especially their front of house - Annie, were fabulous. excellent old fashioned service! Their website has all the technical info needed to make an informed choice on what to buy and how to install. I ordered two large outdoor blinds and installed them myself with the excellent info provided on the site. One of the blinds was received with a minor blemish which I was willing to live with, as it was barely noticeable. When I informed Annie I promptly received a no cost order for a full replacement skin which arrived in a few days - I was pleasantly surprised at how fast she responded. My blinds look fantastic and operate flawlessly - Very Happy customer!!!
