  Quite a poor quality of service. I would never recommend to any one. Be ready to shell out extra if you need job to be done properly (as per builder standard).
  
  I had a home demolished using Merhi Group, they were prompt to quote and reply emails but their demolition team is pretty ordinary.
  
  I was being told that the demolitions has been completed and they got a surveyour to issue an acceptance certificate which as a layman I took on trust.
  
  When actually I handed over the land to builders they pointed out that the land had not been scraped properly and there were bunch of building materials still lying on the land in form of debris.
  
  I was taken on land instpection by my builder where I actually noticed a lot of building debris scattered here and there.
  
  I contacted Merhi on which I was told that they did the best they could and if further scraping is required they would charge me $5000.
  
  I had to get the land cleaned by an external contractor. It has been an terrible experience and mu suggestion would be not to fall for a cheaper quote they offer.

  Very happy with the service and level of professionalism. The permits to knock down was quick and easy with great communication from Sara throughout and the site was left clean and all temp fencing closed and paths and road clean. Great job will be using for all our future work.

  We have been using Mehri group for all our demo work over the past few years, they are great to work with, very organised, very quick on their demo of sites and easy to deal with. I highly recommend Mehri group for your demo needs.

  Joe and his crew were happy to do anything that was asked of them. Asbestos removal from the house and clearing of the lot around the house on a wet clay block was no problem for them.
  Excellent job, reasonably priced and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

  Apologies, it took me time to post this review I hope this would be helpfulKnock-down and rebuild is never an easy project. Most of the builders will ask the owner to knock down and get the site ready for build. Merhi Group was very professional and I am highly thankful to all staff especially Peter, Ralene, Joe and Sam (The excavator Driver). Due to the covid situation the job was little delayed, but they were professional and polite in conduct. Especially Joe's guidance at the last minute was helpful and he went out all the way to get a landscaper on the site and assisted me with future planning of the back yard. They didn't charge me a single penny until the job was done and all certificates were issued. Highly recommended 👍
