Great customer service. Jordan is knowledgeable and super easy to liase with, touched based with me several times throughout the process and made sure everything went without a problem. Went with the hybrid flooring and it has turned out stunning. Andy did a wonderful job in the instillation. He was very quick and efficient and my house was ready before I knew it. Thank you team!

Walked into KLD flooring to look at some floor samples and was welcomed by Jordan. He’s very knowledgeable about flooring, tiles, splash backs etc, and helped us understand all the nitty gritty details so we could make an informed decision. We ended up purchasing and having the floors installed via KLD flooring as well. Jordan kept in touch throughout the process and was very accommodating to our moving schedule. The installers (Eric and team) worked very neatly. They completed the removal and installation in 2 days! The floors look amazing. Thank you so much for all the exceptional work! I would highly recommend KLD flooring!

We were looking to get flooring for our new house build and have it installed as soon as possible. We knew we wanted a grey hybrid floor and KLD had great options at very good prices compared to the other flooring companies we approached. Jordan provided great service and was accommodating to our situation. The installer Eric did an amazing job (as you can see in the photo I’ve included) and well within the estimated timeframe. Overall it was a great experience. We are very happy with the finished product and would definitely use KLD again for our future projects.

Recently we engaged KLD home to remodel our old apartment kitchen from design through to demolition and installation. Full suite of kitchen installation including new flooring, cabinetry, bench top, splashback plasterboard and cornice. It was truly a great and positive experience working with Yan and his team right from the start to completion. We have nothing but praise for their professionalism, punctuality, constant update on progress, above all high quality workmanship of their custom made products. Highly recommended and will definitely be using them again.
