Was quoted $130-150 to clean the mattress after detailing the problem on the phone. Man arrives and says he needs to use "chemicals" (couldn't name what he was using) and charged an extra $130 for the chemicals. Offered to do the job cheaper for cash 🚩, never offered a receipt and didn't appear to have the capacity to provide one. I wish I had seen the other reviews before booking.

Somehow managed to "finish" cleaning the carpets of our 3 level townhouse in 30 minutes - how is this possible? I'll tell you - because they did a TERRIBLE job! Nothing cleaned - dirt marks still 100% visible on the carpets and they're insisting we pay them $400. $400 for a 30 minute vaccuum???
