  The worst you will experience in your travel if you risk, poor customer care line, you try to call their number on their booking receipt like twice on an important issue , they black list you 😡😡

  I traval on crown coaches to heatherwood schol and i had a new Bus from last year and hasent got blue lights on the roof like other buses and it haset got leather so by july 2024 could you bulid a new zero emishons bus for januray 2025 however 2025 is my last year of high school please show me a photo what the future bus will look like in 2025

  Busses pick up kids from the Nunawading Aquatic Centre. They keep the engine running for more than half an hour every time.
  I asked politely a few drivers if there are any reasons to do this, as the whole park smells like exhaust gases. They said, no, there were no reasons, except that they were there for 2 min, which was untrue. They said that they will be more considerate next time.
  Today, another bus idling, another driver. Temp is 17.7. People run and walk and exercise.
  
  I saw there is another review with similar contents.
  
  This is systemic! Please do something!
