Just bought and collected an ML350 yesterday for my family and very happy!!. Specially Liz from sales team gave us a very professional and trustworthy service from my first call to the delivery of the car. Recommend this place to anybody who wants to buy a quality prestige car.

I really rate the NT team, especially Heath.
Heath is a great guy to deal with and has a huge knowledge base. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and found me the right car within a few days. No sales BS just the facts and a good deal first time. The car was delivered on time and in the exact spec I wanted. He followed up to make sure post delivery everything was OK.
After a very frustrating experience with a couple of dealers recently when looking for another car I called Heath and within 2 days he found me the car I wanted at a great price and bought my car at good value. Knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and hospitable staff in sales and at the front desk. Heath was my sales person and I recommend him to anyone. There was an instance of 0 communication where accounts said they would tell sales something - but they didn't. It was all fixed in the end though.

If you're looking for a prestige car I highly recommend you go here first and avoid the traipsing around the dealers. A huge selection and very knowledgeable staff who can talk you through the models. I dealt with Joe who was patient, helpful and easy to deal with. Followed up when he said he would on a search and at no point did I ever feel pressured.

Terrific place to buy a new near prestige car. Ask for Nick - he will do a deal that makes sense for everyone. Amazing selection of cars from Aston Martins to Range Rovers to Mercs. Best place to buy a prestige car !!

Nick Theodossi and his team took the difficulty and frustration out of selling my car. Nick was a pleasure to deal with, made a truly genuine and reasonable offer on short notice and paid for the vehicle the same day. Weeks of trying to sell my car privately was wasted - next time, I'll be calling Nick and his team from the outset.

Sold my car to Nick. Very smooth process, easy to deal with. Even though I'm based in Sydney the sale was straight forward and completed in one day. Ebony was a great help and ensured we received payment within 20 mins of online transfer. Thanks!

What a fabulous team at Nick Theodossi! I can not give enough praise to the service I receive from Nick and his daughter Ebony! I was trading 2 cars for 1 and after the run around I receive from other dealers and buyers Nick made the deal happen on all fronts within a 24 hour timeframe and with out any effort from myself! This will be my one stop shop for selling and purchasing cars from here on in, there is a huge amount of respect and comfort felt immediately when dealing with this family operated and owned business. Thanks again for all your help it's been very much appreciated.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Joe DiPaolo at Nick Theodossi. I received my car in record time through the lease company who purchased the car on my behalf, and a great deal of this was down to Joe's assistance. The detailing done on the car for pick-up was excellent, and the car is just amazing to drive. Couldn't be happier. Thanks to the team at Nick Theodossi.

From my first inquiry about my potential car, to the point of driving it home, Liz and the rest of the staff at Nick Theodossi were friendly and attentive. It's a bit of an odd feeling going into a prestige car dealer and knowing that you're extremely likely to be buying the cheapest car there. ( I don't think the red pedal car is for sale..)
Yet it didn't seem to make any difference to anyone. Surrounded by examples of marques I'd only otherwise see on Top Gear, I had a chance to wander and post teasing photos to facebook.
It was just a little bit like a museum collection. A high ceiling testimony to natural light and automotive art.
A test drive later and some small issues with a blocked sunroof drain were painlessly sorted.
In a suprisingly short period of excitement, I'm free to remove a small piece of this amazing collection and take it home.
The only thing that was forgotten was a receipt, which Liz sorted and emailed me the next day.
I never considered that I'd be buying a car from a establishment like this.
Totally worth it.

Wow what an experience, from the moment I walked in to the moment I got the keys to my new vehicle. Everybody at nicks were nothing but amazing and professional. Liz the car sales person was nothing but understanding and genuine, listens to what you want And provided me with outstanding service. Got to meet nick himself and made me feel as I was at home. Would defaintly recommend this family owned bussiness to anybody searching for a new prestige vehicle. I know I will defiantly be back when it's time for an upgrade! Thanks guys! :)

I sold my vehicle to Theodossi Prestige Cars this week and I couldn't be happier with the whole transaction. Nick was polite, friendly and the whole experience was seamless. From the first phone call through to asking me if I had transport departing the dealership I felt like a very valued customer. I would highly recommend Nick and his team for purchase of a luxury vehicle and I will definitely keep Theodossi Prestige Cars in mind for mine and my family's future vehicle purchases.
