  Fantastic threading!!!- but the haircut was terrible. Hair was cut far far shorter than agreed (annoying especially since I'm growing it) and was uneven. Good place for threading but avoid visiting this particular salon for a hair cut

  I like that it hennas hair, good application, but poor washing out. The lady doing my hair left a big blob of henna at the back of my hair, that why I haven't returned.

  My hair was cut way shorter than I asked and how short she showed me she was going to cut it before she started. I straightened my hair the next day and saw that it was uneven and choppy all around to the point I wore my hair up because I was so embarrassed. The service was friendly and price the best I could find in the area but don't know if I would trust to cut my hair again.

  I went here for my threading which took over 30 minutes firstly , I have long blonde hair and I was very clear that I had an appointment with my regular hair dresser in two weeks so can you please just lightly TRIM my split ends off only like barely do anything !i didn't notice until I left but the lady actually cut inches off my hair and to make matters worse it's not even straight it looks like a kindergarten kid has hacked at my hair it's shorter on one side and Jagger'ed all over. Im so upset I can't even wear my hair down because it's so embarrassing , my regular hair dresser has to fix it and it's going to be even shorter . Do not go here if you want to end up as dissaponited and as upset as I am.

  Two of us went there for eyebrow threading three weeks ago. The older lady really knows what she's doing and my eyebrows looked great, however she got one of the younger staff members to thread my girlfriend. This staff member forgot to use powder and my girlfriend had to remind her when she realised she would start threading without it. The job was done terribly - the shape was not even, the eyebrows were not threaded cleanly. My girlfriend had to come home and fix it herself. I won't go back and risk being threaded by the wrong person.

  Great customer service and wonderful sculpting of eyebrows using eyebrow threading. Would recommend this service to everyone.
