Had huge issues with a tan and went back to complain and ask for a refund because im a loyal customer and they CALLED SECURITY ON ME! They told me to write an email so I did and no reply after a week! Never been treated this horribly. Just don’t go here even if you have a couple of good appointments they’re going to stuff you up and I’m just glad they only stuffed up my tan not one of my piercings.

Stood and waited at empty counter for 20 minutes with no service. Rang bell, called hello. Waited, other clients came and left after ringing bell. Says "walk ins welcome" Yep, and walk outs seem to be even more welcome! Wow.

DO NOT GO HERE. I would give zero stars if I could. I got waxed and my hair was just ripped off with patches missed. My hair came back within a couple days more so. I still have ingrowns 3 months later. They double dipped a cake cream spreader which they used to wax me instead of clean sticks. A metal thing was used straight from the wax pot over and over on me. Thank god I did not get an infection. It was painful and expensive. Listen to the reviews don't take your chances!

NOPE, one of the worst leg waxes I've ever had. But then what should I expect from a chain style 'beauty' treatment establishment at a shopping center? I would NEVER let them anywhere near my face. Leg wax again? Only if I was desperate.

I've been attending this salon for regular waxing and tinting for several years. Can't say I've ever had a real problem. I prefer Anna for eyebrow wax and tint but overall, my experience has been satisfactory. I've never had any piercings done or anything other than waxing (both bikini area and eyebrows) and eyebrow tinting. Fairly reasonable pricing, especially for Southland prices.

I've gone here for most of my piercings but recently I got my tone done by a lady, she was lovely and all but she message up and put it half way down my tongue I could barely eat, she said it would move forward but it was a whole pinky finger behind to where it was supposed to be, I went back and got it re-done by a different lady who knew what she was doing. She's blonde and pregnant, and seems like she's in a rush. Plus my friend got her as well to get her second lip pierced and she didn't really line up, so that's uneven as well.
