This is easily the best place I've been to in all my time undergoing treatment. The staff are incredible, especially the girl on the phone who was absolutely brilliant in helping me choose the right treatment for my sore and tight muscles. I had no idea endota did claimable massage, i honestly thought i could only have relaxation massage there. Extremely professional in making my experience the best it could be, and really helped me to feel comfortable as I hadn't been to a spa for treatment in a previously. I not only recommend this place, but I'll definitely be making regular visits now and very much look forward to each and every one of them. Cheers ladies.

I am writing this review as I am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with the service at Malvern Endota, if I could give 0 stars I would.
I was served by a lady called Mikayla at the front desk, before she even ackolowdged me she was on her mobile phone which is very unprofessional, she was very impatient, rude and passive aggressive during the service. After being treated in this manner I decided to go to chadstone and their service was amazing! I will be a returning client to chadstone for now.response / report this review -

Best spray tan I've ever had!!!!
I didn't go orange at all.
The colour was so natural.
The girl was so nice and she explained everything and even tailored my colour and how much she sprayed.
Everyone complimented me at my sisters wedding.

I received a hydropeptide facial a few weeks ago and it was amazing! The therapist I was booked in with was so knowledgeable, she knew exactly which products to recommend, which skin concerns to tackle first and what I needed to change in my routine in order to get the results I wanted. Absolutely over the moon with the progress my skin has made since purchasing the products she recommended, I already have another facial lined up.

I was treated to a very relaxing facial yesterday. The products used were beautiful and I felt very comfortable talking to my therapist about my skin concerns. Thank you endota Malvern for looking after me, I still feel glowing!

Not even worth the 1 star! Such poor management from Makayla and Megan. I will definitely NOT be recommending this store to anyone after a huge miscommunication on there end during the booking process, to then have my birthday vouchers redeemed for there mistake!!

Disappointing. Bought a facial and had an allergic reaction during the treatment - staff member did not recognise this was happening, despite complaints of pain, and continued as normal. Following the treatment, she then attempted to sell me the product that generated the allergic reaction! Not recommended.
