I had a free skin analysis consultation and was really impressed by the knowledge of the therapist and the advice. Better still, the treatment she advised actually worked. After wasting money trying a lot of other things, I'm glad my skin issues have improved at last.

After a series of treatments on my leg veins I couldn't be happier. Should have done this years ago. For the first time this summer I will be happy wearing shorts! Definitely recommend this treatment and the lovely staff at Geelong Veins Skin and Laser.

After two visits and a significant amount of money there is absolutely no difference in the spider vein marks on my face. I didn't feel confident in the practitioner or her laser equipment and had the impression from the beginning that she wasn't interested. When I cancelled my third visit I was told that if I came back I could be bulk billed which left me more uncomfortable.

Very bad service. I came in for some informatie about the laser treatment. The girl behind the desk seemed disturbed when I asked her some information. She seemed to have more attention for her phone than the costumers.

Couldn't fault the doctors, staff and the clinic itself. I was very happy with Dr Ward who was professional and educated. I had some spider veins injected and am extremely happy with the results. I will be definitely going back to see Dr Ward again when needed.

The first time I went here it seemed to be good but I noticed that the laser technician seemed rushed. However the results from my laser hair removal was good. The second time I went it was a complete fail. The receptionist who was also apparently a laser technician did my treatment. Prior and after the treatment she was also on edge and was always focusing on her mobile phone. After the treatment she did not even apply any post-treatment creams to my face or sunscreen at the very least and I actually had to ask her. I'm very disappointed and would never go back after that.
