Read through some of the reviews so felt I had to share my own post as I totally disagree - the rooms weren't cold, the therapists weren't rude, and the place is run really professionally. I had a few requests/requirements for my massage and the therapist perfectly respected them, (like a true professional) and gave me a great massage that suited my needs. She was very intuitive, and sensitive to my needs. I had a great massage and would be back again for the professional service !

This place is a massive joke.
The premises is small, untidy and there is sand on the ground inside the therapy room. The room was cold and so was the shower.
The treatment was good but the environment is certainly not spa quality. The poor therapists really deserve a nicer place to work.
Avoid this place and go to aurora at the prince down the road!response / report this review -

Didn't feel luxurious at all like it used to. I returned here after a couple of years since my last visit with two other friends. One of my friends was taken in immediately and had a good treatment. Whereas two of us had to wait at the reception desk area, on uncomfortable chairs, near the lemon water that had looked like it had been sitting there since yesterday for 35 minutes after our appointment was supposed to have started while our therapist sat at the computer.
We were finally taken in, my friend was booked in for a facial and was told that she couldn't find and head bands so his hair was left on his face throughout the treatment and she also had noisy bangles on her wrist that were constantly hitting him in the face.
I was having a body scrub and massage, I was taken to a nice room and had my scrub and body mask which were ok. I was expecting a scalp massage while I was in the body mask like the description said but didn't receive it, the therapist just left the room for a while. He came back after 10-15 mins and told me to have a shower and that he'd change the bedding in the meantime. I showered, took my time and when I got out he hadn't changed any of the bedding yet so I stood there shivering for about five minutes until he finally returned, changed the sheets while I stood there awkwardly freezing. The massage was nice though.
Because of their inability to keep appointment times and rather sit at the computer instead we received a parking fine as well to top of the experience and was told "sorry it's our fault you were late but we can't do anything about it". Will never return.response / report this review -

I had a wonderful massage for an hour. The location was easy to get to The entrance is on the beach side just past where you see it on the street view photo then up the stairs. It's always a great idea to treat yourself and with their awesome specials there's no excuse to pass up an hour of pampering.
