Quality room with a great value for money. Friendly staff, was open 24/7 throughout my stay, and only minutes from the town. Would return here again.

Basic hotel in reasonable location if you wish to be in North Melbourne. Cheap hotel with own bathroom, double bed and fridge. Staff nice.

Really nice place to stay, kind people, good prices, near to the CBD, great shower, internet connection and space. I recommend for new people who visit Melbourne for first time.

Have stayed her a few times and has been OK until now. I'm no longer allowed to stay due to mental illness so they discriminate against people that suffer from mental illness I haven't caused any issues all I did was tell reception that I was going to call ambulance because I wasn't feeling well so the reply I received was I was no longer welcome to stay then when asked about refund I was short changed $100.
So if you suffer from an illness then you won't be welcomed if you require urgent medical assistance then it won't be seen to be acceptable

Upon arrival, the Receptionist was very welcoming. My room was very nice, clean and the bathroom is awesome. Love my room. 😍 very happy Jan.

The room was quite clean. Not too spacious but that's fine. They have a communal kitchen which you can cook your meals. Good for budget travelling. Quite close to the tram station, however it is outside the free tram zone. Recommended and I think I will visit again when I stay in Melbourne next time.

Considering the amount you pay it's a reasonable place to stay. Have been there two times and got a better room once. Don't expect big rooms, but they are reasonable. You have television and internet free (not unlimited). Overall it's good.

Great value for money. Basic hotel but very clean and walking distance to shops, restaurants and CBD. Free parking and discounts if you book directly with hotel (email or phone for a better price, I found the cheapest online price then emailed management who beat it and has no booking or credit card fees). This hotel is certainly worth high guest rating on trip advisor. It's not fancy but has everything you need.
