  Bought a rifle from Miall's a few weeks ago second hand. Had a small issue today so I took it in and was served by rob who organised the gunsmith to look at it there and then. The Gunsmith fixed it on the spot in 5 mins and I was on my way. Great friendly service from people who care :) thanks team

  Seem to know their stuff, but don't have enough staff on to serve people. Also, they're the MOST EXPENSIVE gun shop in Victoria.

  I was very fortunate to be served by John Miall himself. Wow what service and what advice. This shop is great lots of very knowledgeable people. If you are lucky enough to be served personally by John, this guy is so knowledgeable and personable you will come away rewarded. The service from the rest of the staff is tops. Thanks John for your help.

  When no other gun smith would even look at my shotgun repair I took it to Mialls gun shop and it was no problem. Excellent shop with the best repairs division in Victoria, possibly Australia

  Wasted time driving to this shop wasted more time waiting for service, sales stuff is just busy chatting so of course they can't serve you. Don't waste your time or money there are better shops in melbourne.

  Huge range for all shooting sports, always have the ammo I need, great service by expert professionals. Not the cheapest gunshop but the service makes up for it.

  I rang through with my query and was immediately put through to the right person. With the information in hand, he went off to sort through their stock to see if they could find the parts needed. 15 minutes later, and after a call back, the parts were on the way and arrived on my doorstep - in a different state - the following morning. Outstanding service, and beyond helpful. I'll be recommending to friends.
