SERVICE DEPARTMENT:
I have had two of my Triumph motorcycles serviced there, one twice first service & 7000km service, the other one had first service & fitting of back ordered accessories. On all three occasions within 1000 km parts have come loose.
Anthony the service manager acknowledged my concerns and resolved my issues and has addressed the issues with the relevant mechanics. Based on there responses to my complaints I will continue to use them for services.

I bought a Bonneville from Brent Chapman there at Peter Stevens, Geelong. All went smoothly and he got the rego paid, paperwork done properly and fast. I feel like I good a pretty good deal too because I bought it in the middle of winter when I guess bike sales is a bit slow.

I hadn't ridden for 15 yrs, went to get my gear out of the shed & found the cat had peed all over it. Peter Stevens online had a good range & competitive pricing so I dropped into the Geelong store. Was served by Matt who was really patient & gave solid advice about the safety & features of the different types & brands as everything had changed so much since I'd last bought gear. Next day I realised the jacket I chose wasn't really the style I liked so I went back & Matt spent more time helping me exchange it. Awesome service which is hard to find these days.
