pretty unfriendly/patronizing service but as long as you know what you are after the prices are good. UPDATE: Just wanted to update, maybe he read a couple reviews here, he is a bit better, but as the dude below says, it's definitely not a customer service shop, you have to know exactly what you want, just download their pdf it's updated daily, so it suits me like that.

Good range of products, but always seem to have loads of stuff on the floor. Staff also seem to not want to help you out unless you know exactly what you want.

Zero customer service. Was mocked openly in front of other customers. If you know exactly what you're after then ok but any question other than "do you have .." or "can I please have." is met with contempt. It's actually amazing how bad this guy is. So much so that I'm impressed!

MSY is good. Generally have plenty of stock and the prices are good, even compared to online. Service at the Geelong store is poor though, feels like they don't want people there.
