Ordered a shower screen with specific mearsurenments and almost 9 weeks later after hearing every excuse and lie in the book, screen did not fit and we couldn't even open the door!
He attempted to fix the screen only to make it worse. Finally we demanded a full refund with the screen removed and we did get it but had to wait a further 3 weeks. Heard another pack of lies and excuses again,
Father was in hospital
Screen was scratched
Had a bad night and had no sleep so couldn't work
Didn't want to work after 4pm
Didn't want to start work prior to 9am
Lost phone.. we heard it all.
Bottom line he buys shower screens in the box they are not made to measure as he makes out and basically I don't believe he runs a " real buisnes".
Oh and the best one couldn't give us a refund until he got paid for a few jobs first.
In the end we got screen from Phoenix in Seaford made to measure and installed 8 days after we made the first call and it was $320 cheaper!response / report this review -

We ordered shower screens and 2 weeks later a glass splash back, the excuses for not turning up and not ringing were unbelievable, when you lie you must remember them took all of 8 weeks to finish shower screens that are not great and we cancelled backsplash. I would not recommend this person to anyone.
Cant believe more lies you never rang to fit splashback you never rang for anything even when you were suppose to turn up to fix the shower screens,
to lie the way you have is just beyond me. To just to let you know what
sort of character this person is, he went on to our company website and wrote a review and a very childish one and he has NEVER even used us !!!! great business qualities! and by the way my granddaughter rang you twice she is 15 months old and again another lie from 6am -11pm get a grip!!!!!!!!!!! both were at 4.30 and 4.33pm if you want to check my phone records glad to back myself.
Please if you continue to write lies I will take you to court we owe you nothing are you forgetting the $600 dollard PAID FOR A SPLASH BACK THAT WE NEVER GOT. and I wished I had shopped at Woolies I could have taken your goods back and got a refund. YOU ARE A JOKEresponse / report this review -

Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this guy. Nothing but broken promises and shoddy work. Have paid up front for product never delivered. It's a wonder he is still in business.
