Absolutely terrible service. No one on the floor to help (only about 2 other customers on the whole floor), went to pay station, 4 staff standing there talking, had to interrupt to get service. Asked if they could gift wrap. First staff said they don't wrap (despite a sign behind her saying they gift wrap). Finally called a manager and now they want to charge $7.50 to wrap a small item. I have been a long time customer and was shocked to see just how low Myer has become. If I want this level of "service" I will go to Big W. When I go to Myer and pay Myer prices, I expect a little more service. Not surprising they are in trouble!
Bad parking, too time consuming driving into frankston CBD
A realky bad Myer. No stock and it's a mess.
It seems that those in charge are keen to close down the Frankston store. The top floor is an absolute mess filled with racks of unwanted items. It looks like a $2 discount store. The kitchenware and crockery that was on the top floor has been moved to the bottom floor. I visited today to look at some new dinner/ tableware and there is next to no choice any more and it is squashed into a few square meters. To be fair they are putting out Christmas decorations. It is sad to see a store decline so much. No choice now but to shop online.
Today, my wife visited the Frankston store, looking for womens' fashions, and came away most impressed with the service provided by Eisa.
As a former executive of the Company, with 38 years service, I was very impressed by my wife's description of Eisa's courteous and friendly attention. I am reassured that, Myer is on the way back to being the department store that I was proud to represent throughout my career.

Very disappointed in the clothing Hanging off racks. Clothes laying under racks. Generally untidy. After purposely going into Myer to purchase a top and looking for 1/2 hour. I then just had to get out of the store as it was very depressing.
Wonderfull staff but there is not enough room to move around.
Nice store but some of the staff need re-training as far as manners and customer service go!
How long will it last, I have been shopping at Myer Frankston for about 12 year's I can honestly say I have never seen a store go so bad in such a little time. Never enough staff most of the them are either rushed off their feet or just hanging around having a chat. I even caught one staff member telling another she wouldn't do what she asked because someone else hadn't told her to do it . The other lady then had to leave the floor obviously to get someone else to ask her, Most of the people who work there are surly and just not happy to be there. It's not a pleasant experience especially if you go near the Lancome lady who will try and " salesrape " you. At the very least they did get rid of the Dangerfield girl a couple of year's ago who just over did everything from attitude to her appearance and I caught talking about Pot on the phone on her break while I was waiting for a cab on beach st. I don't know if she was fired but so far in 10 year's that's the only good thing they improved on.
Generally excellent most of the time now.
Does however get some unhelpful workers every now and then but that's now at rare occasions.
best place to shop - each time i go elsewhere i regret it, only to come back to Myer and be rewarded with quality products and great service at competitive price!
Basically Do not recommend Myer frankston. From staffs to head management are all jerk and they do not know what is a real customer service. They are not friendly at all now and they are rude same time. I rather stick to Myer Glen or Chaddy.
Worst experience in my whole entire life with Myer.
