I rang them chasing an item and was told they Definitely have my size. I made them go and look. Drive 50 minutes and guess what? Didn't have my size. Unbelievable!

Good store. Very competitive pricing and often have sales. There is a broad range and often offer free shipping around oz. The only fault I have is the staff do not know much about the products they sell and they don't check their emails. I tried to call them a few times for information about certain products and they knew less than what was on their site. If I'm buying expensive snow gear from interstate, I want to be 100% sure I'm getting the right equipment for me. I think to know about the gear you sell is critical.

Faultless, friendly, knowledgeable, great stock and price points, caters for all levels, personal non judgmental and efficient service, ( online and in store) and plenty of parking. Definitely my first option Snowboard store. Only one problem, store is an hour from my home. Well Worth the drive though.

Got myself a new board and bindings from these guys and delivery was super quick! Board was packaged well and came in perfect condition. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, don’t be afraid to shoot them a message if you need extra help with your gear. Will definitely be back - found my new go-to place.

Outstanding service! I am first to admit that I detest shipping fees (especially we are spending large amounts of money) however, I paid to get express shipping as I was worried about the postal delays and would not receive my items in time for my trip but wow, Melbourne Snowboard Centre have set a precedent for exceptional service! Placed my order and the package was delivered the very next day! Coming from Melb to Sydney, that was really impressive. Items were packed well and pretty stoked about my new gear! Will definitely be recommending these guys to my friends!

These guys are so good with customer service! There was an issue with my order (snowboard bag) as the item was sold at the same time as I placed my order online. But they contacted me immediately and helped find a replacement, they were kind enough to even find a better bag worth more at no extra cost! I have also ordered a board from them before, it came quickly and also answered any questions I had about my board. Cant recommend these guys more highly, I will definitely be going back!!

Buyer beware, DO NOT shop Melbourne Snowboard Online, awful service. If the product isn't what you expected or isn't the right fit and you would like a refund, this store will fight you tooth and nail not to give you your money back! There are so many other great online shops such as Torpedo7 that offer exceptional service and are happy to give you refund if the product isn't right for you. Shopping online can be hard enough without stores like this whom are only interested in taking your money and not providing adequate after-service.
