Trying to find kazoo for my company event in a very short amount of time. Tried to look for somewhere else but no luck at all. Eventually, they were my last place and i was very surprise by their service and responses. They're very friendly people and will endeavour to help you to look for what you need and that is exactly what happened with my orders and needs. Truely recommended!!!!!!!

Bought make up in 3 different colours. Tried one of them, it was all dried out. I tried to return the other two colours (unopened and with receipt) and was told "we don't do returns, that's the problem". It says no return on hats, wigs and costumes, nothing on makeup.
Also in hindsight items were overpriced. Total rip-off!

The costumes were okay and reasonably priced, but the place is an absolute mess so trying to find any particular costume is actually impossible! I spent 20 minutes going through all the costumes that were all mixed up! I decided to just get help so I asked two staff members at the counter for help. Without an ounce of care, they both pointed down to the same isle I had just been standing in and said maybe I could find it behind another costume on the hook. Appalled at the terrible customer service! Would not go back.

I think they're great. Its family owned, the staff is really polite and helpful- and they seem to have about everything you need for a really great party. The new costume shop downstairs is seriously awesome and I've had balloons delivered twice with no trouble at all! Highly, highly recommend for any of your party needs.
