Dandenong store - When we initially ordered our tiles we weren't offered any help, the two girls at the desk were talking between each other when we were getting served, one actually spent more time looking at receipts than listening to us.
I rang back to get some advice about our grout choice - it hadn't been used yet, and was spoken to so poorly, made to feel stupid, he was actually on the aggressive side when I had a simple querie about grout. Not impressed.
I did need an extra box of tiles and that was organized very quickly for me to be picked up in port Melbourne. That was a positive.response / report this review -

I've just been to the Dandenong store.
You have three sales assistants, one man serving a customer, the other two ladies chatting behind the counters. None of them approached or even noticed me. I was there for a good 20 mins.

Good service but is expensive. Having said that though, we didn't negotiate as we purchased tiles elsewhere and it was only an initial quote.
