  Very poor customer service. Told we had to wait 10 minutes for one little helium balloon to be filled as they had orders to fill!! Takes five seconds to do and clearly just a tactic to shop around and spend more money.

  Ridiculously overpriced with stock that can be found in most reputable $2 shops. Has some interesting costumes.

  Great range of masks and reasonably priced. Staff dont hassle you whilst you are looking which is great, if you like to take your time. Well done Lombards, keep up the good work

  amazing range, all you need to a create a good event. We ordered balloons over the phone, they were ready on time. A few popped on the waybut they give you a few extra. Staff were busy and efficient.

  Very rude staff. Got left hanging at the closed door after driving half of melbourne to get there. Sub zero customer service.l called prior to arrival saying we were stuck in traffic but will reach there one or two minutes past closing time. And so we reached: 16:02. The girls were in the store and when we got to the door just nudged us to leave.
