  Here is a tip if you want to sell anything get that stupid answer machine off answer the calls so we can stop wasting our time to coming down to finding nothing on yourself

  Just called and asked if I could get a written quote on some tools, service desk person stated that they don't do that. I asked if I could get prices on items she just sad no and then disconnected the phone

  I can see why Masters is loosing money but the staff are really friendly, I eel a bit bad for them.
