  I never had an issue with this Maccas, except for a couple of run-ins with troublesome visitors. The restaurant has adequate tables, some individual seats are also available. The service is alright, not quick or friendly, but not bad either. There's also a children's play area that can distract your little ones while waiting for a friend or the tram.

  Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a Big Mac burger (plus my two friends meals) with extra pickles. At home, I opened the burger to rearrange the pickles as they usually just put them in one spot and what did I find? A baby cockroach! My friends and I were disgusted. I called the store and spoke with the 'manager' who was extremely rude and called me a liar, stating they had fumigated two days prior. I find that hard to believe. Upon telling me that she would not help me or refund my meal because I couldn't make it there in half an hour due to peak traffic (despite saying I'd come right afterwards) and not to mention my friends were eating, I advised I was going to escalate the issue externally. I asked for her name and she hung up on me! I've since called the McDonald's head office and am sending the cockroach back for testing. I'm also looking at what other options I have to take this further. I will never eat McDonald's again, and I'll be sure to steer anyone I care about far, far away, from the Brunswick east franchise at the very least.

  The worst maccas. Slow service, floor was slimy, food was cold. Watched my food sit behind the counter while they served more people on drive through and stood around chatting.

  Great if you're recovering from a hangover; I recommend their large mocha, large big Mac meal (coke) and large caramel sundae. Return home consume in bed while watching cartoons and call me in the morning. Dunno what others are on about, the staff are always friendly and efficient, and the food is fine.

  The play ground is great place for kids to play when it's wet. However, the roof on play ground sometimes leaks and the place always has rubbish left on/in play structure. Thus only 3 stars.

  This is unfortunately the McDonald's closest in my area, an area I've lived in for about 3yrs. Whilst I don't remember this McDonald's being that bad in the first years, it has become increasingly worse. I've sworn off this place for months after horrible experiences with cold, discoloured, weird smelling chips and create your tastes riddled with problems, wilted and old vegetables, stale buns and the least amount of care in sauce distribution. Every time I decide to give it another chance I'm enraged by the consistent lack of care. Honestly do yourself a solid and go anywhere else
