10pm visit and the place is in chaos. Took 15mins to get food. Happy to not go back again.

Soft serve is cheap so no critic of price but if you give sloppy ice cream on hot day its time to charge one dollar fifty for guaranteed ICE cream firm and yummy.

Great staff but the facilitiea are in serious need of an update. The kid's playground is disgustingly dirty, it looks like no one has ever cleaned inside it. Take wipes.

Average Macca's. Quite dirty. Food takes a long time. Cold food the three times I visited. Modern. Lacking a good leader I feel.

This is a nice clean Maccas with friendly staff. I took my 90 year old father there for a lunch and oordered him a crispy chicken meal and a classic angus burger meal for myself. Both being seniors we took advantage of two free regular McCafe coffees which were well made. I did not like my burger though. I thought it would be juicy but it was a slab of lukewarm dry meat. The rest of the burger was not pleasant either with dry flakes of parmesan cheese and a slice of dry bacon and a little bit of dressing. The brioche buns however were quite nice. I would have preferred a quarter ponder to this burger. No reflection on this Maccas branch though, just that I don't rate the classic angus as a burger. We will go back here again but will order different burgers.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, they wouldn't even let me bring my Alpaca inside even though I'm not even the one who eats maccas, he is. He likes the cheeseburgers (and the Double cheeseburgers too but he's too heavy right now so I can't let him have them anymore) and he also enjoys the fries but only with spicy sauce. When I tied him up outside one of your peasant workers complained that he was attempting to eat a young girl's hair, as if that's my problem.. she was probably racist anyway so I don't care. There wasn't a 'no alpaca's' sign so I don't know why they can be angry that he defecated in the drive thru.

The food at this Maccas is always fresh and presented lovely. I've called in there after 2 am a few times and food is always spot on. Good on the Staff at Heidelberg.

New year's eve we came here after trying to go through a restaurant late at night in the eastern suburbs where the duty manager couldn't have been bothered with customers and in fact told us much to his amusement. The owner would have been horrified. We continued on to Heidelberg where the workers were diverse physiological appearance (not 100% of one) which probably had nothing to do with their friendliness and can do attitude. A bit of a worry when McDonalds cannot be relied upon whether we love it or are cynical.
