Not Happy with the way staff serving at counter touch their hair, their clothes even the machinery then roughly handle the straw for your drink several times and shove it in the lid or on the tray. How do I know what they've transferred in the handling of my straw. Why don't they have the straws wrapped in a paper sleeve for hygienic reasons if they don't want the straws out the front

The two age appropriate playgrounds are a good idea. Other than that, it's standard Macca's fare. Unfortunately on the occasion we went, it was quiet and the staff were bored and chatting, and I had to initiate contact with them by waiting for a pause in their conversation and butting in. The older playground was still unclean from after a kids party with chips and crayons. Disappointing as other times we have been there it has been fine.

Moved locally two years ago and was so pleased with the local store compared to where we use to live. But have seen a gradual decline in service and care factor. Last three times including this evening, they forget the Apple pie, had to go instore, and all staff disappeared! Ordered two lot of nuggets asked for Perri Perri sauce and sweet and sour, we got one sweet and sour. I shouldn't have to sit outside and do a stocktake of my order. Very frustrating.

Got hot cakes with no maple syrup..they had run out (cause they wouldn't know that they would be getting low).
Ordered a bacon and egg meal..get a sausage and egg meal (cause they sound the same).
Call the so called manager and get a response.i only just started so i don't know.
Great management skills!!! This is why you don't get kids to run a business.
No skills in the tall life world of customer service.
I've been in the customer service industry for 15 years.I would never say well i only just stated.
You listen, apologies and try and fix it.
