Facilities are some of the best available, accessibility is maximised given it's easy location and service from the staff was exceptional.

Location is only minutes from the airport in essendon. Occasionally hear a plane but that doesn't bother me. Demazzis bar and grill is located on the ground floor and is a great option for dinner or a late night snack. Room was a little hot due to the lack of thick blinds in the lounge room but the air cooler quickly sorted that out. Otherwise everything was clean, ample kitchen supplies and an in room washer and dryer. Overall really enjoyed my stay.

Nice rooms close to various shops and restaurants. No pool or jacuzzi. Rooms are a great size and clean.

Really enjoyed the serviced apartments. Clean, convenient especially with the supermarket and park nearby. Cooking facilities were adequate in the apartment for a family.

I have stayed for weeks, multiple times in their apartment hotel room. Centrally located, clean rooms, nice kitchen with in room laundry. Close to Melbourne Airport. Tram station is right on the front of the hotel. Little pricey but great place to stay. I wouldn't prefer their studio rooms as they are very cramped.

Rooms are well appointed, clean and the washer dryer is a godsend. Staff are friendly and helpful and Demazzi resturant downstairs is 1st class
