Every time we get off the boat and drive around for a holiday and drive back to melbourne . We always stay at the arden motel .easy access with the car no problems with the accomadation .great place to stay.

Excellent Motel, lovey clean rooms and free Breakfasts My husband had spinal surgery at the RMH a block away and we overbooked a night,they have given us credit on the room for when we have to come back

Love this motel - always stay here when I fly into Melbourne. Starbus (not Skybus) takes you direct to/from the motel - but it's best to book it beforehand.
The motel is old, a bit run down but terrific value. Transport, eateries, pubs (The Limerick just down Arden Street from motel is an old beauty!), close by & only minutes from the CBD.
Rooms done daily, fridge restocked for free basic brekky, jug, toaster, microwave etc.
Always find staff friendly & helpful.
Recommended for budget value.

Not bad if you're desperate and tolerant. Forget about getting your $10 "room key refund" recredited to your card. That never happens. Good location.

Was fine. Have stayed here for a week now whilst my Mother has been fighting for life in hospital. Today while sitting with my Mum they ring me to tell me my car is crooked in the parking bay as a complaint has been made. Absolutely atrocious. I a in complete shock.

Very friendly staff,clean and spacious room. Very generous with breakfast cereal and milk etc . Serviced our room the next day ..As the tennis was on in Melbourne all of the hotels had very high prices.The Arden was very cheap at $270 for two nights and breakfast included,family room with 3 beds.No complaints from me 🤣

Very close to all the hospital's, IGA nearby and 7/11, had a double bed, shower air con and TV, breakfast in the form of bread slices and fruit bread for toast, they supply a toaster and kettle, tea coffee and biscuits, Inc cereal and milk, very friendly staff. Older style hotel that does the job, clean and tidy. $90 + a night double bed. Plenty of parking on site. It's not a 5star hotel so don't expect the finer things, however it is value for money.
