Excellent and fast service, friendly staff that went above and beyond to ensure my children were having a happy experience, very clean playground and restaurant. Even the cleaning staff were happy and friendly. Best McDonald experience I've ever had. 10 stars 🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐

Cold coffee, inedible hash browns which were replaced by fresh hash browns and English muffins which tasted two days old.

Average Maccas. Hit and miss on orders and can be a little slow through drive-thru. Most staff are pretty good and friendly until there are any issues with an order or urgent cleanup. Rather drive the extra 5 mins to the other one

Poor effort McDonalds! One star for your poor response following some pretty appalling behaviour by several of your contractors today. Without going into too much detail persons who chose to ridicule those who are differently abled in front of their children should not be "spoken to". They should be asked to leave site and their employer notified immediately. As they would be in any other work place

Ordered two different gourmet Angus burgers which I believe is 'beef', came back home to find that one was chicken.
I spoke through the speaker box as clear as day and I don't understand how they can mess it up??
This similar issue has happened twice already and I could easily go back in their and give them a spray but I don't think it will do much justice..response / report this review -

Seems every time I go to the Melton West Restaurant the meal is not very hot, and today the fries were cold. Have recently been to two different restaurants in Darwin while on holidays they were nice and hot and enjoyed them. Sorry but can't say the same about Melton West.

I went through the drive through today to order food for my family the older lady on the other side just kept interrupting me, all I wanted to do was complete my order but the older lady taking my order just would not shut up she just kept cutting me off and kept saying is that all it just frustrated the hell out of me, then I said I wanted a regular combo she didn't know what a regular combo was and she proceeded to try and educate me in how to place my order!!! just pure frustration I just drove off they no customer service at all and made no effort to sort the situation out instead the girls at the window wanted to have an argument with me in the drive through. is this how Mcdonalds is??? they basically said the customer is wrong and go somewhere else if you don't like it never ever going back to this store staff was rude and probably not going to tell the manager about this at all

Convenient location to grab a snack on your way out of Melbourn. Crowd can be a little rough friday and Saturday nights. Suggest drive through

Ordered hot cakes and they told us to wait. They've done this several times already. HORRIBLE service. Rude staff. Disgusting facilities. Your service sucks. When ordering they hardly even reply to you so then they tell you to drive up to the window. Sad.. I wouldn't come back here.
