Clean hotel which is the most important thing. Pool showers are awful and have no change area. No soap in the shower? Bar is unattended and it's hard to get a drink. No food outside of restaurant hours not even a packet of chips. The staff are working hard and looked hurried and stressed. You don't feel like a guest sometimes you feel like an inconvenience on the way to your money.

It was a dream come true for my wife, staying in a place that is older than both of us together. The beds are a bit uncomfortable but the experience was amazing!!! They will see us again! The spa bath and swimming pool was amazing!

Have had dinner here on a few occasions and have decided to book the venue for our wedding next year so it's safe to say we love it at The Grange. The meals were great and the staff have all been friendly and very accommodating. Very picturesque grounds and views add to the overall experience. Looking forward to trying out the wine tasting and wood fired pizza next time!

Lovely place to stay, close to Hepburn bathhouse and beautiful restaurants, our mattress however you could feel the springs through and was terribly uncomfortable. We were in a king bed, which was 2 singles pushed together, you could feel the join in the middlr and the individual springs on each side. No microwave either which wouldve been nice to heat my heat packs.

We stayed in a lovely big room with a great bathroom with a spa. The place is gorgeous and well looked after. Our room was a little loud over night owing to what sounded like an airconditioner or perhaps a pool pump but it didn't bother us much.

Was a great retreat away from the city and from a lot of noise. Birds we're chirping and green landscape for the mind to relax. Quite so the spa and sauna was enjoyed for relaxing and the rooms had neutral colours was soothing for the eyes with dimming lights.

Quiet, quaint & accommodating. I stayed here overnight & had a great time. Comfy beds, great atmosphere & fantastic decor. Looking forward to coming back.

A hotel with authentic old world charm. Overall a nice experience in a beautiful part of Victoria. The room itself was okay but needed aired out.
