Very kind just need patients that's all, easier to say than do.
If you are there because you really need help, you'll receive it.
Unfortunately sometimes you have to wait that's all, l am speaking as a patient whom doesn't go to Eureka Medical center.
I've only needed help 3 times as my other doctor was away, so l am sure it would be much quicker for Patients that do actually go there. Pete.😂

Been coming here for years now. Depends very much on time if day as to how quickly you can see a doctor. Reception staff are polite and efficient on the whole. Doctors can be a bit variable, from very thorough to quite disinterested.

The doctor explained her diagnosis clearly and completely. I was quite happy with the service. I waited 40 mins to see a doctor That wasnt a problem for me.

In and out of the consulting room in under 1minute. No clinical questioning, didn't even look at my face. I may as well have been inanimate a quick buck for Eureka. Great place if you simply want a certificate peddler.

I am no longer allowed to attend the dental clinic due to to many cancellations Why have a cancellation policy if you do not abide by it. I was told on the phone if i cancel the day before the appointment then there will be no fee and i can make another one if need be It is hard to stick to an appointment with children and full time work.. Apparently I had four cancellations but yet rescheduling 2 appointments is not cancelling. And yes I missed one appointment and called to apologies because my son was getting his tonsils out and made another two appoints both i attended. YOUR STAFF ARE RUDE AND PUSHY AND THE PLACE IS FILTHY.

This the the worst medical practice I have ever experienced in Australia or overseas. The receptionist abused me for asking for my medical history. I have never met such a disgusting person in my entire life. The also made life threatening mistakes with my daughters medication. This place need to be closed down and investigated. This person John Davies saying how fantastic the staff is 'not a real' patient. Its a fake review. I believe most of the 5 star reviews are fake. Seriously read them.

As a person who has been here regularly, I thought I'd do a simple Positive/Negatives to help people out.

Positives:
+Open 7am-10pm.
+Bulk-billed with Medicare.
+Some good helpful doctors.
+Can ask to see your preferred doctor.
+No Appointment necessary for Doctor.
+If quite, wait times generally only about 15min.
+Pharmacist staff generally very nice and willing to help, quite fast aswell!
+Multiple services on-site like; Pharmacy, X-ray, Pathology, Dentist, etc.
+Free Parking available below.

Negatives:
-Some not very good doctors
-Can be long waits exceeding 1hr at certain very busy times.
-Occasionally reception staff can be a bit rude or abrupt.
-Can get turned away if too busy and not enough doctors after 9pm roughly.

The common belief and reckless expectation that all medical and customer care must be no less than perfect everytime is much too common!

Reception staff are nonchalant, lazy and spend most their day floating around eating, drinking coffee and chatting to each other and to their greasy reps in front of sick waiting patients. A disgrace they don't permit appointments, frequently wait hour's to see a doctor with sick children. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Dr Khaled Youssif is very competent and very knowledgeable , the wait time is not long at all less than 10 minutes ,pharmacy staff are very good , Evelyn the pharmacist was very nice

Extremely poor. Doctor will not listen to what you say, is in a hurry to move you through, visit lasted 3 minutes. Dismissive of what I was saying, not interested, but couldn't be bothered checking my medical history.Had to go back twice as medical certificate was incorrectly written & dated. (On a previous occasion they wrote it out with someone else's name & details.) needed to go back as nothing happened after phoning. Also was given two different results of a single blood test, told levels high & low in the same consultation! When I queried this was told to get my high/low reading checked in 3 months & ushered out the door. Will be looking for another doctor as still can't get out of bed days later & symptoms worse

All around its gently good I struggle to understand the doctors as they have heavy accents but otherwise they are really polite as well the receptionist, the people in the dentist section, xray section and down in the pharmacy definitely recommend here if you are good at understanding heavy accents.

Reception staff and doctors were very helpful and friendly. Only had to wait about 10 minutes before I saw a doctor. It was really good to be able to go on a Sunday after work-they were open until 10pm!
