Clean rooms, spacious, comfortable, smooth check in process, easy to get to amenities close by. Restaurant next door quite good, but breakfast in the actual hotel a bit ordinary (no soy milk, no fresh fruit etc.).

Place was clean and quite nice and a few blocks away from the train station. My friend and I requested two single beds and I found them quite narrow and a little uncomfortable otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Clean comfortable hotel. The restaurant downstairs was dirty and the breakfast choices were poor. I would recommend Fourno next door for a nice meal/breakfast.

Great customer service and front-desk staff very accommodating. Pillows were quite hard. Perhaps could have asked for softer ones, but I was only staying one night. Shower had very low water pressure and had to turn hot water up very high to get it hot. I stayed here as it was a walk from where I needed to go and would still do so again due to staff and location. Would perhaps ask up front of there were very pillows. Room was large and had a great view in the morning

Attended for a conference so I didn't stay the night. Hotel staff were friendly and approachable. Bar staff (where the conference was held) was a little grumpy.

Have stayed here a few times now for business and the apartment suites are awesome. Very modern and well kept. One staff member Nicole was more than accommodating for my requirements and would recommend to stay here for singles or families.

Stayed in 1 bed apartment. Rooms are a little "poky", but neat. Rooms are definitely in the need for an update. Service was good. Staff are polite and do a good job. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant food was OK but expensive and needed to ask for service on multiple occasions.
