Popped in on Sat 6th March. Was busy and I had my 2 young kids so I didn’t stay long even though I intended to buy. Staff were helpful and nice to see one cleaning down helmets. I’ll be back when I have more time.

Getting back into riding after many years, today I treated myself to all the kit to go with my new bike.
To be able to just go to one shop and have everything I need, in the styles and colours I like AND in my size is something I don't take for granted these days, especially as a female.
The selection was fantastic and the quality of the items I bought (including a really sexy leather jacket) was excellent.
I feel I received great service and advice and this will definitely always be my first stop shop whenever I need something in the future.

John spent 5hrs in total over 2 visits kitting me from head to toe. Great dicounts even when the RRP was already matching the internet. Would recommend Helmet House as a first and only stop to anyone who asked. Magnificent Bell Helmets.

great price on a sena not better than eBay all down hill from there have not use it and its not function properly wait over a week while the store and supplier decided wether or not i have a claim i have not used it they installed it the burden of cost and time is on me the sena supplier agent in Cottosloe answer to me was one we close at 2.00 sort out your problem on the internet the next two calls to the agent look I'm busy with my children ring back finally we won't deal with you take it back to the store were you bought it and now i wait nobodies fault but the customer pays what happened to good service and reliable products

Great price for my Sena but all down hill from there..

Poor customer service, no interaction with the customer, no friendly help and was too distracted by his phone talking about deals a cash converters to talk to the paying customer.

Went into helmet house the other day to get a new helmet. The guy i talked to new all about the helmets and sorted out larger cheek pads for me. Didnt have my size in stock but got it in next day and were very friendly too. Awesome place and staff
