Overall horrible experience. First experience was a rush job that left me with a spotty windshield. Gave them a second chance and went again, told the lady about previous experience and got an off handed response from her. Same shoddy job the second time. They don’t seem to care about the reviews either. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place.

Avoid. Useless. They locked up and went home early and left my keys in a key box without telling me the code and no one answers the phone. That is terrible service. It’s the second time something funky has happened to me here. The first time my $299 wash and clean was good but then I added a headlight polish for $99 a light. It looked the same as when I took it in. That’s two strikes, I can’t be bothered with maybe getting a third.

My wife had booked her Mazda in for a clean at 2pm on Sunday. She also received a confirmation email of this. On arriving were told by the woman taking bookings that the service was closing at two and she only had 20 minutes to clean the car. She also said that we had made a booking at 8:30 in the morning which we clearly had not.To add insult to injury, she started pointing out what she saw as scratches on the car which dumbfounded us given the fact that the car is brand new.There was simply some dust on the car as it hadn’t been cleaned in two weeks. Overall, the service was appalling and my advice to you is to go somewhere else get your car cleaned.

2 stars for pleasant interactions with staff, but I wouldn't take my vehicle back nor recommend the place for the price I paid.
For $380 I shouldnt have had to take it back to go over it again and then STILL have to give the interior a once over with wet wipes.
Paid for seats to be washed and still has dust on it which came off with a wet wipe so definitely was missed.

Our Corolla was full of red dust.Negotiated a price for a wash, wax, shampoo seats and carpets along with removal of that dust. Just so pleased with the result on the price agreed. Happy to recommend Impeccable East Perth to anyone.🤗

Update: The attendant added that implication on his own onsite, and in his response to this review. I don’t have an ulterior motive for posting this review, and have not misrepresented the experience in any way.There was never an automatic car wash involved, and never has been.I pre-rinsed my car at my house to soften the dirt in advance of the wash I was bringing it for
A disappointing experience.
I went in for a basic clean and chamois, but after it was cleaned the car had so much dirt on it, particularly the bottom which looked like it hadn’t been touched - I had to point this out to them. Impeccable have responded, accuses me of lying, said I told them that I took it to an automatic car wash before coming to them. This is not true. .response / report this review -
