The team at Challenge Batteries were amazing - they were super friendly and efficient, did a battery diagnosis and installed my new car battery within a couple of minutes. The car batteries here are much better prices than other locations. A massive thank you to the Challenge Batteries team!!

great value and customer service - recently purchased a Delkor battery and Victron charger for my MX5 NC - will be going back there for more batteries and parts in the future - battery was only $140 with a 3-year warranty

I have been in here multiple times now and everytime i get the worst customer service ! Now i dont know whether they are sexist or that they dont like serving females or that they just dont want to work there.
I never get spoken or greated when i approach the desk! And then i never get asked "what can i do for you" or anything! There is never a smile or open body language or facial expressions, to show any interest in me ( the customer) ever!
Now im not dumb ! I know what i want from you guys and i know whats wrong and what i am addressing to you about the product ! But you look at me as if im dumb because i am a female. Now you may think "urgh its just an off day for that person", no this is everytime. and a male customer will come in after me and you will chat with them and great them when they walk in.
Today the MANAGER served me and this is the customer service i get.
Our company is very disapointed and you will be hearing from us and most likely loose alot of business.
This is apporling!!!

Ask to sent in the car to check the faulty brand new Delkor battery. Called to make an appointment and send the car in on Saturday morning. The technician refused to do the simple 15min test to confirm the fault. Lot of excuses. "Can't do it in early Saturday morning", "Boss not around, no one can witness the fault", "Need to keep the battery for at least a week to run the 15min test, no temporary replacement battery for the car" etc. I gave up finally.
