*Average place, average price.
*Convenient location.
*The facilities are in need of repair (loud AC compressor on level 1, and dirty elevator.)
*Staff were helpful with room change request (due to loud AC compressor).
*Room size and cleanliness was acceptable.

Very good value. Great location, close to Central. My twin room was quite small and windowless but comfortable, clean and smart. Excellent front desk service.

It's a reasonable hotel at a reasonable price. The window in my room looked straight into a wall, so if you need a room with a view, then you need to mention that when booking. However, I was there for business so I appreciated the quietness of the room, which I may not have got overlooking the road. Bedroom and bathroom were clean, wifi was free, and staff were friendly. The room was a reasonable size and everything worked as it should.

Pros: Great room and tidy/clean beds. Fantastic central location.
Cons: Bunk bed squeaked a lot when moving and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty.
