Told us after our stay that we owed extra for linen because the staff member who made our booking “forgot to charge us” and that it wasn’t their fault. Woman over the telephone was terribly rude and didn’t want to accept any responsibility for the mistake. Wont be staying here again, which is a shame, lovely location, terrible service.

left my hard drive there and they told me they can't even check if they can get it as they got people in there. how hard is it to knock and ask the people there ? seriouslyy. stayed one night less and no refund

This place is lovely, brilliant location, right next to a botanic gardens and two awesome lakes. Great country feel. I stayed in a cabin which was cute and had everything I needed. Only stayed for 1 night but the interaction with the lady at the desk was friendly and welcoming. The cabin had a stove, oven and microwave which was great. Awesome view out the back of my cabin.

A unique holiday park, surrounded by the historic botanic gardens and amazing views to the lakes. Cabins were great, friendly helpful staff and good facilities.
