I purchased a treadmill from these guys about two years ago. The treadmill is fantastic, and the staff were wonderful to deal with from initial queries to installation. I just called up for some maintenance advice and the technician I spoke to was incredibly friendly and helpful. I'll definitely go back to them for our next equipment purchase.

Returned a product due to the presence of rust, was provided with a replacement, upon opening at home, replacement was also rusty. An attempt was made by the owner "Alex" to convince me it was not rust, but a residue left over from powder coating (how stupid do you think I am?). Refused a refund, but given store credit. I shop there regularly, but obviously the owner considers that single sale more important than my ongoing business. Adios!
