Place seemed to need a good clean and a real bed in every room not a just a fold out.

Very unpleasant stay - room smelly, tiny bed, unsafe surroundings. Unable to reach staff as number stated in the email all all wrong. Avoid at all cost.

Worst experience ever! Arrived afterhour, around 12am, a homeless person was sleeping under the key box!!! We tried several times with the passcode that was given to us via email, only to find out that it is incorrect!!! It is suppose to be my phone number, however the reception decided the digits need to be swapped?!?! The error beepin sound was pretty loud, which pissed off the homeless person she yelled at us for being so "stupid", can't even get in ?! We tried to reach the reception with the after hour phone number given on the invoice - no answer. So we had no choice, called the police for help. This long chaos caused us to stood in the dark and cold for 2 hours Management team said they will contact me to apologise and work out a solution, which they never did. Worst worst experience ever, Stay away from this hole unless you are after some standing in the cold!!!!

That place was the worst place I've ever stayed. The apartment was very small, duty and disgusting. Compositely different from the pictures they advertise.

Not great. Washer and aircon didn't work. Was very basic and small. Would stay elsewhere next time.

Apartment was clean, location is good. The size is a bit smaller than they advertised, but it's livable and quite comfy. We stayed for 3 nights and other than the size and the awkward location of the extra bed (replacing the sofa), all is well.

This place is terrible! The whole apartment building is filthy and disgusting and smells! We stayed in 2 two-bedroom apartments and both were filthy. Dust and dirt everywhere - just disgusting. I don't think it's been cleaned in years.
Beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were three storey's high so we all got bad necks.
Some of the permanent tenants there are obviously making their extra cash through late night visitors.
The only thing this place has going for it is the location.
It's way too pricey for what you get. I wouldn't say the price was "budget" but the accommodation definitely is I've stayed in cleaner backpackers.response / report this review -

Had a break-in while staying there, lost $150 cash. Keep door locked, and barred if you are staying there, location was good though.

I stayed in 2 bedroom apartment in march, would not go again.
Location is great, however there are constructions, make it very noisy, air conditioner is very noisy,and windows cant open till waiting for 2 days to be fixed.
beds uncomfortable, and bathroom sink is really small.
