I wish I could put 0 stars. It is so shoddy - the most expensive streaming service in Australia and the least reliable by far

Reasonably priced packages, but skimpy where it comes to updating old machines.

The worst customer service and the prices are crazy expensive. Why do we have only 1 company available to us for all these shows!? I have been hung up on with no call back I had to call back and be put on hold again for a charge dispute.

cannot get any live person to help with on demand on a Sunday. This company just wants to put in the least effort, like getting you to post your question to the so called community and hope. they deserve to fail. and most likely WILL

Changed address Foxtel wanted an extra $100 for a new box.
Refused to pay and would disconnect rather than pay.
    Foxtel waived the cost.
Technician was supposed to turn up Saturday, text message to say Monday.
    Customer Service non existent !
Don't know why I bother full of repeats anyway.
No One cares when you ask to have the service disconnected.
Lift your game there are better services out there !

Service hasn't worked since it was installed. Spent over 24 on the phone trying to get it to work properly but still no luck. Since I last wrote this, nothing has happened and now Foxtel/Telstra is trying to double bill me.

Terrible service. Foxtel has failed to resolve my issues even though I have called continuously and still waiting to hear back. Worst customer service ever. I'll be going to the ombudsmen now to resolve my issue.

Worst place to work. The "Men in suits" treat the call center people like second class citizens. Don't even talk to them when they see each other in the kitchen. Employees don't get proper training so I can understand why a lot of customers aren't happy with the customer support as they are NOT TRAINED properly to support you. You will be discriminated against if you are a mother with kids and get 5 minutes late to work or if you are young they think you're too young to do the job and don't take you seriously.

This place needs an overhaul. If you are thinking of getting an entry level job here' save yourself the heart ache and look elsewhere. If you want to find out what a work place shouldn't be like, try to get a job here. Can't believe places like this exist in the 21st century in a country that's regarded as a 1st world country!

Awful hardware, terrible software, woeful support. Foxtel buy up rights to shows and then actually make it hard for you to watch content when you DO pay them for it. I'm breaking my contract asap, and I'm calling the cancellation fee an investment in my happiness. Begone, foul throwback to the naughties. Hurry up and die so adequately advanced and just-actually-functional services like Google Play can get access to the shows you greedily buy the rights to.
