There are huge variety of dim sums to choose from. Quality is above average. Service is quite good after the management changed more than a year ago. Great location with plenty of parking.

Great for yum cha. Very popular, so be prepared to wait if you arrive after 11:15 or so.

Average dim sum and very pricey. We ordered one siu mai, one char siew pao and one bowl of porridge. $30! No tea too.

Do yourself a favour, don't go there until they improve . The yucky dirty dishes and rude staff are famous in Asian communities. It was good a long time ago..
