I needed to send flowers to a friend whose mother had just passed away not locally but through a recommendation of a friend l found Judy Chirnside Flowers. The website was easy to access and what I valued was their concern that the flowers would arrive fresh and beautiful. They rang to confirm the correct address this attention to detail means I will definitely call on them again.

Exceptionally rude and degrading customer service - The owner failed to greet me and then refused to serve me at 2:42pm on a Saturday; opening hours clearly stated the shops closes at 3pm. If you don't want to serve people maybe think about changing these opening hours.

I left feeling upset, angered and was unable to purchase flowers to brighten a friend's day
