Had a great two day get away. Owners are friendly and ensure accommodation standards are met. Could not fault the cabins . relaxed environment and peaceful settings. Privacy was also ensured pleasure all round x

Hidden Valley Cabins offer comfortable accommodation at a very affordable price. I spent 10 days here and highly recommend HVC as an incredibly tranquil spot for a getaway, either on your own, with your partner, or with your family. Owned and operated by Christine and Phil, a delightful and helpful couple, the cabins are set in natural bush where it’s easy to spot kangaroos, echidnas and myriad birdlife. And if you’re hankering for the beach, Lorne is a mere 20 minutes away or if you’re a hiker, Hidden Valley Cabins are surrounded by trails into the Otway National Park. Loved my stay here, thanks Phil and Christine!

We have a wonderful time every time we visit. The cabins are beautifully maintained and very comfortable and the owners are super friendly and helpful. Pennyroyal is such a stunning location, very quiet and peaceful but close enough to all the action in Lorne. Ask about all the amazing bush walks close by.

This place was the best get away from a busy city life! The cabins were well presented and extremely well maintained. The little golf course and bush walk on the property offer amazing peaceful retreats. Sitting out on the balcony with the king parrots and beautiful forest views capped off every evening. I would recommend this place to anyone, the owners were so approachable and made the stay even more enjoyable.

Can't wait to book in my next trip!

This was a most disappointing experience. Upon arrival at our cabin for a 2 night stay we were overwhelmed by the smell of air freshner which we quickly worked out was to try to disguise the smell of rancid dam water supplied to the bathroom. The cabin was unclean,drapes were covered in mould,ovenunclean,lino flooring had food and oil residues,kitchen cooking equipment was limited & old,some unusable. The bedding was old,uncomfortable and the pillows were stained by years of use. Upon asking if a CD player was avilable we were told the TV unit plays music - not so,as it was a cheap unit with DVD only.The cabins are in need of complete refurbishment,the water supply would not pass a health inspectors audit or comply with Health Regs - same with th fire hazzards surrounding each cabin. Our mild feedback to the owner was met with little interest and rebuffed with 'It's hard to make a quid' ? -
