Same 'ol Same 'ol
Slow service with excuse after excuse every comic con event, every single year. Same chaotic mess, and the same customer reps with the same lines. No other company works as slow as these guys. Been waiting 5 business days (7 days if you include the weekend) just for confirmation they even have stock for a non-related comic con order, let alone shipping it. The most likely outcome, they won't have stock and i'd have waited 10 business days for them just to advise me of this!
If you want to be in a long queue mixed with international buyer's who appear to get priority, this is the place to be.response / report this review -

Amature operation highlighted in their employees lack of customer service skills even though their website lists them as "superstars". Extremely poor shipping of items and uses excuses of "events" that took place almost a month prior to order being made because a banner was listed on their front page. Said banner has no warning of shipping delays and there are no notes of warning as you are checking out of delays either. Don't believe me? See image. And it's been 5 working days since order was made and still no change from processing
Information about delays are sent in an email via a link 3 days after order has been made with no request that you contact them if you need to upgrade shipping to express which they also do not guarantee they'll get to you in a acceptable amount of time considering they are in the same country.
Customer service "superstars" "read" emails and give the same automatic answer. Do not address issues highlighted.
In store experience was much the same with having to chase employees down to pay for items.response / report this review -

I've been a loyal online customer of Popcultcha for the past 3 years ! As a Canadian customer, I've always dreamed of visiting their physical store in Geelong, Australia. And recently, I had the chance to do just that. They were very welcoming and prepared my order well in advance before my visit. They are an amazing bunch of people and their service is impeccable ! I definitely recommend to all my fellow geeks and pop culture enthusiasts !

Friendly staff and wide variety of items. Staff will happily order in items and call when the item arrives. However some items, particularly the DVDs, show poor storage. The spines of many DVDs show obvious colour fading. This needs to be improved upon as it brings into question the quality of their inventory and the standards they apply when maintaining said quality.

Lots of weird and wonderful stuff to be found over a variety of fandoms here. It's a pity about the pop vinyls taking up so much space but they gotta stock what sells. Great board game collection!

Large range of stock.
I could spend hours just looking.
