Oz Trampolines will always be my favourite trampoline store, they always have what I want, the quality is superb, the customer service is excellent, and my orders are shipped immediately. Our trampoline is the most used toy my kids have, and has been for 10 years, every time something wears out, I have Oz Trampolines with any spare parts to keep it going! Love them.

Good quality product. Prompt delivery. Made a warranty claim on hole in mat which only just scraped inside the 2 year warranty period. Replaced in days after email with photos no questions asked. I would buy from them again.

Fantastic in every way. Ordered our trampoline one afternoon and got it the next day, (we are in country Victoria). Excellent quality. Excellent service. Great to deal with. Will never go anywhere else. Great that they have spare parts and accessories. The kids are extremely happy and so are we.

After lots of research, we are really happy with the choice of Oz Trampolines. My daughter has had the trampoline for about 9 months now. She is only 3 and the trampoline seems safe enough for her. So far it is holding up well and still looks as good as new (even after the big storm we just had).
I liked that it came with everything - ladder, safety net etc. It was also quite easy to put together. The 14ft size is big but great for our large yard.
Delivery was very quick.
The only thing I don't like is that somehow water gets under the mats and leaks out when you're jumping on the trampoline so it is often wet. Not a big deal, just a minor annoyance.response / report this review -

We purchased out 12ft OzTrampoline after reading the positive reviews in April 2016.
The purchase itself was simple and boxes arives a few days after we placed the order. The trampoline was not that hard to assemble, although you need to follow the instructions carefully.
Having previously had a cheaper trampoline we were immediately impressed with the better quality of the Oz Trampolines product. After 12 months the trampoline has no faults. We also purchased the roof, which I would recommend if in the sunny area as it both protects the trampoline and provides shade for the kids, however it is starting to show its age after 12 months in the sun so you need to factor the limited life if purchasing one. they recommend taking down in storms, ets, but in reality this is not easy. It would be good if they could design a more permanent long lasting version.
We also got the tent, but have only used this a few times, as it gets very hot inside, but is fun at night.response / report this review
