Had my wedding here. Had an amazing day got some great wedding photos. Food was amazing. Staff were good to helping us get set up for the wedding however the bar staff on the night were rubbish was supposed to be table service and I had to go find some one for a drink many of times

I went with my family to attend friends' wedding reception. It was at Lakeview ballroom, the view is great. Staff were very attentive and food delicious.

Rooms are super dated, cracked walls and chipped paint. Paid for the second best room you can get at a massive cost and was completely not worth the price, may as well pay for a night at Crown Casino. Had a garden view room, but was no garden and instead a massive building in the view. The bed was a tiny double bed I could literally feel the springs poking through felt like the cheapest mattress you can get from super amart. We drove over an hour and a half for a get away for my 21st B-Day instead was disappointed at the old, dated room with the most uncomfortable bed. I was happy that the resort refunded my money and we where out of there. Until there are some major upgrades I will not step foot back into this resort. Not happy.

Am having an awesome time money well spent. Our room is fantastic my daughter and I love it here. The afternoon shift duty manager is very attentive along with his professional staff in front office and restaurant. What a great place to chill out.

The golf course is absolutely perfect and in pristine condition. A good challenge but not unplayable. The cafe is okay, could do with lifting its game.

I attended a breakfast networking meeting at Joondalup resort. The venue is the perfect setting for it. The food and staff are fantastic and the room is great.

Don't come here without your earplugs. U can hear each other speak and if your neighbours happen to be up all night, bad luck. They tell you u should have phoned reception in the night, even though the neighbouring room was just going about their normal business too and not being loud. Also plumbing is dated and you can smell urine from outside the room and more so inside.bathroom. Rooms look recently upgraded but bathroom fittings not so. Lamp shades were stained as u can see. Reception attitude to addressing problems was challenging and wouldn't offer any resolution. Had to wait 45 minutes for a manager to arrive before could address issues.

Recently attended a corporate work function here. Amazing place. Well laid out and the conference room was excellent for presentations. Beautiful grounds and surrounding gardens. Staff were all exceptional and very attentive to excellent customer service and accommodating the guests needs. Our work team all had nothing but high praise for this beautiful resort and corporate function area.

The resort itself is beautiful and the rooms are lovely. I came to Joondalup resort for a conference about using technology in education and their WiFi does not work At all. Needless to say, it was a bad choice for a tech conference where connecting to the internet is absolutely necessary. Also, water pressure in the shower is terrible. Other than that, this place is stunning. Lovely environment and their buffet breakfast was great.

Rooms are neat and clean. the resort grounds are tranquil and relaxing. There are plenty of places to drink and eat and the pool is big as well

Great place for weddings & functions. Nice outdoor scenery in pleasant settings. Stayed here back in 2000 for a management 4d workshop, good seminar working areas. But overnight make sure wear full pajamas because colleague slept commando after a few beers & mistook room self locking door for toilet subsequently locked out at 2am rest is legend

The resort is in a very nice quiet location The grounds are very well maintained The golf course is excellent. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff throughout the resort are friendly and helpful the food at both restaurant and cafe was excellent I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again
