Well situated. Lots of shops and restaurant around. Places of interest for visit in the vicinity. Great staff at Front desk, very friendly and serving. But, however, hotel need some renovation to look smarter.

Room is small but has everything that you need. Great position as just up from the Perth mall. Room was quiet and had blackout blinds which is always nice if moving from different time zone. Just down the road is some takeaway restaurants and a mini mart for her and some milk and any groceries.

Exceptional service, very welcoming and catered to all our needs. We were able to check in early and check out late, allowing us to spend more time exploring the beauties of Perth. The rooms were perfect and extremely well presented. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Reasonably priced rooms. Very clean and exactly as the pictures show. Comfortable bed Very friendly staff. Allowed us to check in early and check out late. Great central location. Had no issues during our stay. Thank you all ☺

The staff at this Hotel have always been very good to Burswood Car Rentals and we have always got along very well with the staff. Our customers always have good things to say about the Pensione Hotel.

Great location. Room is small but comfortable except for the really dry air from the aircon made us feel dehydrated. They don't offer complimentary water like most hotels but expect u to "donate" 4 dollars for the charity water they supply in the rooms. Hotel has no special facility. Cleaners don't clean the room really well. The only thing we love about the hotel was the great location and very nice bed.

The accomodation was booked and paid for by the company i work for.
When I checked in, the attendant asked for my credit card details, they explained there is a security bond of $100.00, that has to be paid. And there is also a $28.00 car parking charge if I want to park in their motel car park.
I explained to the attendant that I haven't got a credit card, they then asked if I had it in cash.
They then mentioned that they could call the company now, however it was closed, they then suggested they can email them and wait for a reply in the morning. Because of my work commitments I was leaving at 5 in the morning, so that wouldn't work either.
The outcome was, I was unable to stay. No flexibility or consideration for my circumstances, the room was paid for, it was the bond, and that would of been returned anyway.
Great human kindness.

Hotel is in an excellent location. The room was clean and well-equipped although a bit cosy. Staff were very friendly. Overall good value for money.

Best hotel service I have had. Staff were lovely, accommodating and very helpful. Room was small but perfect for my stay, and hotel was extremely close to everything. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Perth!

Pick up this hotel. Best worth Budget choice. Comfort room, clean spaces and gentile staff, featuring Virginie and Bi. As the Pensione was settleing arrangements at the restaurant, we luckily had the best breakfast ever, but at Miss Maud Restaurant, just in front of it. Unmissable! Miss Maud (the woman) is very brave and established a catering and hospitality complex, very famous. Fine food and warm staff, featuring Teresa and Thallya. Congrats Miss Maud! Keep the good working on and on

Good hotel for the price. Helpful staff (they really helped us in any occasion on a long stay), great location and comfortable bed. The room was definitely a bit small though. If you are price sensitive and you are looking for a good place, I will definitely suggest it.
