I loved my day spa treat at the Richardson hotel day spa. I had the mini rituals spa package and thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely recommend this spa, such a relaxing and pleasant experience.

We enjoyed two nights stay at this lovely hotel & enjoyed fabulous friendly service. Superbly located on a quiet street, close to Kings Park & accessible for the free city buses. Beautifully appointed rooms with wonderful balconies; on site & on street parking easy - highly recommended.

Lovely hotel where the staff are very friendly! Twice we've got a room upgrade. The beds are so comfy and the spa is the best I've been to!

Had stayed here years ago and was thrilled with the whole experience. Not this time.

The food from the restaurant here used to be amazing. This time it was terrible and actually made us both ill.

Called housekeeping at one point, was told "they'd be right there".
Call back 20 minutes later to enquire where they were and was told "they should be there any moment."
An hour after the first call they turned up knowing nothing about the request from an hour earlier.

Disappointed with the experience this time.

Excellent hotel great staff who just take care of you and whatever you need. Extremely helpful. Good location for walking across to kings park. Great stay overall.
