Staff and service at a recent function were very good. The windowless Maxwell's room however is awkwardly placed at the back of the complex accessible via two sets of stairs or through the kitchen. The redevelopment is well overdue.

It was completely waste of money. The blonde girl at the front desk was so rude.
Rooms are okie but i mean we pay so much for good customer service.

It's not a fancy place, but it's clean and very well located. The staff is very attentive and there's a good price X benefit relation.

Room very small but clean and OK for the price. However, toilets didn't seem to be checked regularly, there was water on the floor and liquid on the toilet seat every time we used the toilet. Also, in the female toilet, there was a bucket for cultural washing (well done on the cultural sensitivity) but no mop to clean the floor so it was constantly flooded.
However, the location was great for nightlife and city sightseeing.

Great budget inn. Accommodating and friendly staff and clean rooms. If you need a place to sleep, you child do a lot worse.
