  Always got stock. Hard to find anyone to serve you. Often lining up for twenty minutes to put transaction through. Good place, just can't find customer service.

  Got an awesome deal on our PS4. Pete in games was really helpful. About a month later our PS stuffed up and they were super helpful in sorting out getting it repaired. 4 stars.

  Yesterday I got a Mac Book Pro and some Beats headphones and was treated to some of the best customer service I have ever had.
  I had the pleasure of having Micheal talk me though everything I needed to know and definitely went above and beyond to the point of even giving me a bottle of water because it was a bit of a hot day.
  Could not recommend Jb Hi Fi Knox more!!

  Rang them looking for a particular model phone. They had stock and held it for us to come down and collect it. Very helpful throughout the buying process and friendly.

  Been shopping at JB Hi-fi stores in general since the 90's.
  
  Service has always been polite and helpful, and the Wantirna store is one of the best in my opinion.

  Most of the staff are really nice and helpful but there are quite a few in computers/ phones who are brief, rude and rather condescending. The staff act more knowledgeable than they are and avoid questions they don't know answers to.

  I had an awful experience at the Knox store yesterday, Saturday the 28th of Jan. I was waiting by the laptop I wanted, needing a sales rep to just get me the laptop from out the back so I could buy it and I was just ignored. I asked multiple times for help and was just told to hang on a sec. When reps walked past me I was completely ignored even when I called out for help, they would just look at me and keep going. I waited 45 minutes before just leaving the store and going elsewhere for my laptop. Disgraceful customer service. When I called to complain I was told that it was very busy and they were understaffed. Yet in reality there was more staff than customers in the store seeings as there was about 4 customers in the store. Disgusted by the way I was treated and not only will I never go back, I will tell people all about this experience and suggest they not go there themselves to save them from being treated the same way I was. Would give 0 stars if possible.

  Friendly staff. They still sell a great variety of music on CD and vinyl. Reasonable prices too.
