  Paid in full for a water tank (INV-0104) to James Mustard, a director of Superior Tanks in Brooklyn Victoria. Payment in full was required before delivery would be scheduled. Tank was not delivered per his commitment due to what James stated were 'truck issues', subsequently after 4-5 days of being told by James it was going to be delivered today and then the next day and so on and then when it wasn't delivered after the 5 or 6th recommitment date, I cancelled the order at James' request and he was to give me a full refund. Have not yet received the refund (11 months later) despite many calls and emails that go unanswered and un-returned. Legal action is now commencing. Do not deal with this company.

  I put a deposit down and Im trying to get my tank delivered, I have sent emails and messages to the mobile number but with no response, so hopefully I can get in touch with them to sort it out.

  Paid my deposit 2 months ago and no closer to getting a tank. No one responds to messages or answers phone. Forced to pursue legal action.

  I bought one on eBay, listed incorrectly. I accepted a smaller tank to save them some money.
  Delivered a paper thin tank which ruptured.
  Refunded money after Paypal intervention.
  Would not return one single call or reply to any message left to try to resolve the issue.
  Should be called 'Very Inferior Tanks'.
  Avoid, avoid, avoid.
